We have a bank of over 200 operators who are experienced and available to work 24 hours per day, 7 days per week with all services. We are constantly recruiting and broadening this bank of operators. We have a huge selection of girls. Therefore, we can offer users a choice of different ladies. Our operators follow a roster system, which ensures there are ladies logged on ready to take your calls 24/7.

What do we do to ensure you receive the best?

We train all operators for a minimum of 8 hours, split into 1 - 2 hour blocks at a time. We are on call for all operators and clients 24 hours per day. Operators have our mobile numbers. Therefore, they can contact us directly if they are experiencing any problems with specific calls. We also follow up with all operators and identify any gaps or issues that there may have been with any particular call. We ensure that they are fully aware of all regulatory bodies, along with the do’s and don’ts. We place extreme importance on hold times. Therefore, we pay our operators at higher rates, when they achieve specific hold times.

We pride ourselves on going that extra mile and providing mystery callers who test the operators, by encouraging them to break the rules. This also assists us with identifying specific areas for additional training, required by the operators. We ensure that the morale of all operators is kept as high as possible by having incentives in place, encouraging them to keep achieving even better results. Such incentives include a variety of impressive prizes and giveaways, which increase motivation.

We regularly test all services that we manage, to ensure that they are fully functional and effective - the way they are meant to be.

We Work very closely with all our clients to ensure they receive maximum results.
